We're working on a new site which is why I've been so quiet for a couple of months now. I've also been traveling a bit (to Peru and just recently to Washington DC).

Rabia & Rovi's Wedding (Orlando, FL)

I just got back from a friend's wedding in Orlando. Man, do Guyanese people know how to party! :)

It was a hindu ceremony and was thus extremely colourful and a great opportunity to shoot some interesting moments. I had to really restrain myself from shooting too much as I was also a guest and didn't want to come off as a bore to my friends/other guests by constantly clicking away!

It's hard to hold back, but sometimes stepping away from the camera is a good idea. A wedding is a once in a lifetime event (most times) and sometimes, it's worth enjoying it as a guest rather than shooting yet another picture.
